**If you are pregnant, congratulations!! Please CALL the office (972-612-8829) to schedule your first visit. This visit may include a sonogram and our front desk staff can help to be sure your appointment is scheduled correctly.

An annual exam includes reviewing your health history, medications you are taking, performing a physical exam and testing such as a Pap smear and blood work. This appointment is not for new symptoms or problems you may be having.

A problem or new patient visit is a visit to address a specific concern you may have. This can be a wide range of things including birth control, STD testing, irregular or painful periods, menopause symptoms.
